We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility. In this pivotal role, you will lead maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance and safety of all equipment and systems. Duties
Lead the production changeover on all JPL machines (JIM, Tape, WEB)
Troubleshoot and repair major and minor issues on all JPL equipment
Preventative Maintenance inspections on all JPL equipment
Minor repairs to the JPL building and forklifts
Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring
Troubleshoot and repair PLC issues
Assign tasks to mechanic B and/or C when repairing, troubleshooting, or changing over JPL equipment
Keeps maintenance shop organized and clean
All other duties as assigned by plant supervisor
Experience
High School diploma required at minimum
Minimum 7 Years Of Related Work Experience.
Vocational or related training in mechanical fields preferred
Must have good knowledge of 3 Phase Electrical Power, Industrial Control Circuitry, and ability to read electrical schematics. Must also have understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLC's) and AC Inverters.
Must have good knowledge of pneumatic operations and controls
Must be able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic problems on equipment
General knowledge of safety guidelines & OSHA requirements (lock out/tag out, etc)
Experienced and proven welder (mig, tig and arc)
Solid fabricating experience for miscellaneous parts, guards, racks, stands, etc
Basic knowledge of computer and general software
Experience In Fast Paced Manufacturing Facility Preferred
