We're expanding our warehouse from 110,000 to 220,000 square feet within the next 18 months and building our machine operator team now.

Position Overview

We need professional warehouse operators who can safely run reach trucks and cherry pickers at heights up to 30 feet. You'll work 8-12 hours daily operating machines for replenishment, FBA prep, and shipping operations. Meet daily productivity and accuracy KPIs. During slow periods, may help with pick & pack or receiving.

We are PRIORITY HIRING for weekend operators.

Schedules Available

Choose one:

• Weekend Shift (PRIORITY): Friday-Monday, 10-hour shifts weekend differential for Saturday/Sunday
• Weekday: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 4x10: Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Friday (10-hour shifts)

Peak Season (Sept-Dec): If needed, may require 2nd shift based on business needs ($2/hour shift differential)

What You'll Do

• Operate reach trucks and cherry pickers safely for 8-12 hours daily
• Work at heights up to 30 feet in narrow aisles
• Move products for replenishment, receiving, and shipping
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy metrics (KPIs tracked)
• Work with Shipping/FBA Coordinators to prep orders on time
• Keep equipment clean and report issues immediately
• Work as part of a team of 6-12 operators

What You Need

Must Have:

• 2 years experience operating reach trucks or cherry pickers
• Solid safety record - no major incidents or violations
• Comfortable working at heights (up to 30 feet)
• Can lift 10-40 lbs routinely throughout shift
• Professional, reliable, strong work ethic
• Willing to work extended hours to meet business needs

Nice to Have:

• Current forklift certification (we can certify you if needed)
• OSHA 10-hour General Industry certification
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Amazon FBA experience

Physical Requirements:

• Operate machines 8-12 hours daily
• Work at heights up to 30 feet
• Lift 10-40 lbs frequently
• Warehouse temps: 45-80°F seasonally
• Steel-toe/composite-toe safety shoes required(reimbursement up to $125)

Compensation & Benefits

*Pay Structure:

• *Training pay: $18/hour (1-2 weeks until certified)
• Regular pay: $20-$24/hour based on experience

Requirements Before You Start

Employment is contingent on passing:

• DOT physical examination
• Urinalysis drug screening
• Background check

Must complete:

• Machine certifications and safety training (provided on-site)
• Full pay starts once certified (usually within 2 weeks)

This is a safety-sensitive position - random drug/alcohol testing required throughout employment.

This position is 100% on-site at our Columbus, MN warehouse located at 14744 Hornsby ST NE, Columbus, MN 55025.
