We're expanding our warehouse from 110,000 to 220,000 square feet within the next 18 months and building our team now. This is an entry-level position with excellent growth opportunities.
Position Overview
Pick products from warehouse locations using RF scanners and pack orders for shipment to customers. This is the foundation of our fulfillment operation - you'll ensure every customer receives the correct products in perfect condition. Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and commitment to accuracy.
We are PRIORITY HIRING for weekend associates.
Schedules Available
Full-Time Options (choose one):
- Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, or 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Weekend schedules: Thursday-Monday or Friday-Tuesday (8-hour shifts, various start times)
Part-Time Weekend Option:
- Saturday-Sunday only (Great for high school or college students)
Weekend differential for Saturday/Sunday
Schedules assigned based on business needs. Peak season (Q4) may require extended hours.
What You'll Do
Order Picking:
- Use RF scanner to locate and pick products from warehouse locations
- Verify product accuracy by scanning barcodes
- Navigate warehouse efficiently (walk up to 5-8 miles per day)
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 99% accuracy
- Report inventory issues immediately
Order Packing:
- Pack products carefully using appropriate materials
- Select correct box sizes to minimize waste
- Wrap and protect items to prevent damage
- Apply shipping labels accurately
- Follow Amazon FBA packing requirements when applicable
Additional Duties:
- Assist returns team when needed
- Help receiving team during peak periods
- Participate in inventory counts
- Maintain organized, clean work areas
- Support team members and new associate training
What You Need
Must Have:
- Ability to read English (labels, instructions)
- Strong safety background and awareness
- Excellent attendance record
- Reliable and punctual
- Team player with positive attitude
- Basic math skills for counting/verifying quantities
- Willing to work extended hours during peak season
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk 8-10 hours per shift
- Walk distances over 1 mile per day throughout warehouse
- Lift and carry 10-40 lbs routinely
- Bend, stoop, reach throughout shift
- Work in warehouse temps: 45-80°F seasonally
Preferred (Not Required):
- Previous warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience
- Experience with RF scanners or handheld devices
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation & Benefits
Pay:
- $16-$19/hour based on experience
- Weekend differential for Saturday/Sunday
- Overtime at time-and-a-half over 40 hours

This position is 100% on-site at our Columbus, MN warehouse located at 14744 Hornsby ST NE, Columbus, MN 55025.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Closed-toe shoes required (steel-toe when operating pallet jacks)
- Comfortable, supportive footwear recommended
- Hair secured if long
