Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Receptionist / Service Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced auto shop.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding services and updates
- Order auto parts and coordinate with vendors
- Maintain organization of office records and workspace
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Safely drive customer vehicles and shop vehicles as needed (local drop-offs and pick-ups)
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable and punctual
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must provide professional references
Schedule & Benefits:
- Monday through Friday schedule; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (no weekends)
- Paid holidays when they fall on a scheduled workday (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
