What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Part-Time Infant Room Teacher position at Joyful Moments Childcare LLC?
Joyful Moments Childcare is currently looking to hire for an Infant room teacher assistant who would assist in our infant classroom and would float between our infant and mobile infant room depending on where the additional teacher is needed. Covering lunch breaks in both rooms and closing the room in the evening (candidate must be able to work until 5:30pm. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (If you cannot work the listed schedule, please do not apply).
All applicants are required to complete 15 hours of training within 6 Months, and 30 hours of training within 2 years, NYS Fingerprinting, and provide up to date physical with TB results prior to hiring.
Applicant Qualifications:
-Experience in Daycare/ Educational Setting, CDA is preferred
-Ability to run a classroom, make/execute lesson plans
-Ability to manage a classroom of 4 infants
-Must be able to handle a large group of children
-Warm, Upbeat, friendly Personality a must!
Hourly pay is based off of experience and highest level of education completed.
