Teacher Assistant – Joyful Hearts Preschool
Location: Pawtucket, RI

We’re looking for caring, dependable Teacher Assistants to join our Toddler and Preschool classrooms. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Lead Teachers to create a safe, welcoming, and inspiring space where children can explore, play, and grow with confidence.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with planning and leading hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Keep classrooms safe, organized, and welcoming

- Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster a joyful and cooperative classroom environment
Who You Are
- High school diploma or GED required; Early Childhood Education coursework or degree is a plus
- Childcare or preschool experience is helpful but not required
- Warm, patient, and enthusiastic with a love for working with young children
- Dependable, communicative, and a team player
