Compensation & Schedule
- $25-$30/hour flat pay, based on experience
- Performance bonuses available based on performance and consistency
- Weekly pay
- Full-time schedule
- Evening availability required (typically 12 PM-8 PM or later)
- Weekend availability strongly preferred - our highest-volume shifts
- Make outbound calls to interested homeowners (warm & hot leads only)
- Set qualified appointments for our in-home sales consultants
- Answer basic questions about our products and services
- Confirm appointment details and conduct follow-ups
- Keep call notes and appointment details organized in our CRM
- Hit call and appointment goals with consistency
- Experienced inside sales, appointment setting, or call center professionals
- Strong phone presence and ability to handle objections with confidence
- Motivated by doing a great job and getting results
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Organized, focused, and great at time management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
