Compensation
- Base hourly pay: based on experience
- Commission bonuses paid weekly
- Top reps earn $60,000-$70,000 annually
- No income cap - the more you produce, the more you earn
- Evening shift availability required (typically 12 PM - 8 PM or later)
- Weekend availability strongly preferred - our highest contact and conversion rates happen on weekends
- Full-time schedules available
- Call and engage with warm and hot leads—no cold calling
- Set appointments for our in-home sales team
- Build rapport, answer questions, and qualify interest in our services
- Confirm upcoming appointments and perform follow-up outreach
- Hit and exceed performance goals on a weekly basis
- Keep CRM notes up to date with accurate appointment records
- Experience in inside sales, phone sales, or appointment setting
- A commission-first mindset—you want your income to reflect your hustle
- Strong communicator with the ability to handle objections
- Competitive, goal-driven, and coachable
- Ability to work evening and/or weekend shifts consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Consistent warm leads—we spend over $250,000/month on marketing
