Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Evening Cleaner to join our team and ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of our facilities during evening hours. Our job is a good part time job Monday-Friday. It is a 20.5-21.5 per week job. Our job is at multiple locations, so a drivers license would be required for this job. All job locations are in Moultonborough NH area. For hours over night it varies, our job has different start and end times depending on the night. They are listed below.

Monday: 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Tuesday: 6:00 pm- 10:30 pm

Wednesday: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Thursday: 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Friday: 6:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment.
• Handle chemical agents safely by following established chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Use custodial tools and cleaning equipment effectively to maintain cleanliness standards across all areas.
• Conduct manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices to prevent injury.
• Maintain facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, trash removal, and replenishing supplies.
• Follow safety protocol adherence at all times, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any cleaning-related concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for staff and visitors alike.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and sanitation procedures.
• Experience handling chemical agents safely and knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers and other custodial equipment efficiently.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs and general upkeep.
• Strong manual handling skills with an understanding of safe lifting practices for heavy objects.
• Customer service experience is a plus, demonstrating professionalism in interactions with staff and visitors.
