PLEASE NOTE: This position is 40 hours Monday-Saturday evening hours roughly running 4pm to 1am. This is a floating position you will report to the main shop in Laconia and move through accounts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) diligently during all cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for swift resolution
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supply inventory levels
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistent quality across all assigned areas
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled hours
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is a plus
