We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Manager to help grow our residential cleaning company. Our business has been proudly serving the community for nearly four years, and we’re now entering an exciting stage of growth.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both cleaning and leading, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of building something from the ground up. While we are currently a small operation, we are actively growing and looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and play a key role in shaping the team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential cleaning to high company standards
• Help recruit, train, and support future cleaning staff
• Ensure quality control on job sites
• Communicate with the owner regarding schedules, client needs, and job updates
• Help maintain efficient workflows and strong team organization
• Assist in creating a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience (residential/commercial preferred)
• Experience managing or supervising employees
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Proof of car insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
