Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure the smooth flow of goods through our logistics network. Your leadership will drive process improvements, maintain safety standards, and foster a motivated team committed to excellence. Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms, maintaining accurate records and conducting regular cycle counts.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing training on safety protocols, equipment operation (including forklift), and best practices for inventory management.
• Oversee compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations to promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Coordinate logistics with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and internal departments to optimize warehouse processes and reduce lead times.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline warehouse workflows through continuous review and innovation.
• Ensure proper materials handling techniques are followed, including heavy lifting procedures and mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving processes, and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and other relevant software tools such as OSHA safety standards.
• Valid forklift certification with experience operating mechanical equipment safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment and heavy lifting techniques preferred.
• Experience working within e-commerce or 3PL environments is highly desirable.
