Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (with flexibility for production needs)
Compensation: $18.00 – 21.00 per hour

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Receiving Clerk to support our supply chain operations and help keep production running smoothly.
Position Overview
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting all incoming raw materials, packaging supplies, chemicals, and equipment used in wet wipe production. This role ensures materials are verified, properly labeled, and safely stored according to company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments of raw materials, chemicals, packaging, and supplies.
- Verify shipment accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspect materials for damage, contamination, or quality issues; report discrepancies immediately.
- Complete and maintain receiving documentation in ERP or inventory systems.
- Label and stage materials according to lot, batch, and traceability requirements.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Inventory teams to ensure timely material flow.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized receiving area compliant with GMP and safety standards.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and material reconciliation.
- Follow all company safety policies, including chemical handling and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or receiving roles preferred.
- Experience in food, pharmaceutical, or hygiene product manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret packing slips, COAs, and purchase orders.
- Basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
