About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Client Relations Specialist to join our Estate & Financial Planning Support team. This role is ideal for an individual with 2–3 years of experience in client relations or professional services who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex details with precision. The Client Relations Specialist will play an integral role in supporting the executive team and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries and relationship management support.
- Support team members with client file management, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and organized.
- Assist the executive team in preparing materials for client meetings and calls.
- Conduct estate, financial, and business analyses under the guidance of senior team members.
- Create and refine professional client presentations and financial summaries using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Take comprehensive notes during meetings and coordinate timely follow-up actions.
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth communication and accurate data collection.
- Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and financial institutions to gather and verify documentation.
- Maintain and update personal financial statements and client records.
- Manage the processing, tracking, and follow-up of client asset retitling and related administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in a client relations, account management, or professional services role (experience in financial services, law, or consulting is a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in both written and numerical work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and client-focused demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems is preferred, but not required.
- A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks.
- A collaborative mindset and positive attitude, with an eagerness to learn about estate, financial, and business planning.
