Overview
We are in need of a General Contractor
We are all looking for someone with a well rounded skill set who can work well with others or can work independently when needed. If you have some experience and are willing to grow as an individual and as a member of this team and if you have your own vehicle, you are qualified for this position.
General Duties
Tasks will vary from day-to-day, but frequent tasks include:
- Drywalling tasks from start to finish: measuring, cutting, spackling, sanding, painting, caulking.
- Flooring experience is a bonus.
- Tiling experience is a bonus.
- Remodeling experience is a huge bonus.
- Carpentry experience is a huge bonus.
- Electrical experience is a huge bonus.
Requirements
- Drivers license and personal vehicle required.
- The ability to work well with others and to communicate is necessary.
- Problem-solving skills for general contracting tasks.
- Ability to produce high quality, finished work.
- Previous experience in General Contracting.
- The ability to communicate with the rest of the team.
Bonuses
- Knowledge and experience estimating completion timelines for projects.
- If you are able to take the lead on projects effectively when necessary, we want you to work with us.
- Electrical experience, plumbing experience, HVAC experience would all be valuable additions but are not expected.
- If you have your own tools, that is always beneficial.

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
