What you will actually do every day:
Daily execution
- Work a CRM daily -outbound calls, inbound follow-up, pipeline hygiene
- Move cold leads through a defined sales process to close
- Hit activity targets: calls made, contacts reached, meetings booked
- Report on conversion rates and pipeline with clarity

- Build relationships that drive referrals, repeat business, and community trust
- Help design the sales systems that will scale after you prove them
- Represent JOY's brand at every touchpoint — with integrity, not just enthusiasm
