A warm and busy family in Burr Ridge is seeking a reliable, part-time nanny to join their household. Dad is a full-time physician who travels 1–2 weekends per month, and Mom is a part-time physician with a rotating schedule. The family is looking for someone who can offer flexibility when needed; however, the nanny will receive their schedule at least one month in advance.
Two of the children attend the same school, while the youngest is at a separate location. Responsibilities include school pick-ups on certain days and transporting the children to after-school activities and clubs. A safe, dependable driving record is required.
The family primarily speaks English but also uses Arabic in the home. While an Arabic-speaking nanny is preferred, it is not required.
The ideal candidate is engaging, kind, friendly, and dependable, with a genuine interest in supporting the children and family.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- General clean-up after the children, encouraging age-appropriate participation
- Children’s laundry and family laundry, as comfortable
- Light household tidying, including making beds
