Overview
Join our caring team as a Part Time Nanny and make a meaningful difference in children’s lives! This role offers the opportunity to provide nurturing, engaging, and responsible childcare for young children in a warm and supportive environment.
Duties
- Pick up children from camp in parent provided vehicle
- Provide attentive supervision and care for two children ages 4.5 and 2.5 years old.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for children’s dietary needs and preferences
- Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and age-appropriate learning experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning toys and children's areas
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in roles such as babysitting, nannying, daycare assistant
- Demonstrated knowledge of infant care, toddler care, preschool activities, and early childhood development principles
- Familiarity with child safety protocols including first aid and CPR certification required
- Experience preparing meals for children and managing their daily routines effectively
- Prior caregiving experience that showcases patience, responsibility, and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with at least one parent at home.
- Spanish Speaking is a bonus
