LHH is looking for a recruiting coordinator to work for a client of ours in Phoenix! This is a well-known Arizona company looking for a liaison to help with staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience and wanting to grow with a large corporation while participating in the hiring process from beginning to end.

You could help employees get back to working again and providing them with a positive, customer service and coordination experience!
Responsibilities:
Use different sources to find candidates for certain roles needing employees ASAP
Creating job postings
Act as a liaison to the human resources and management team
Evaluate resumes and reach out to candidates that have the experience required for certain roles
Source candidates by using social media and career websites
Scheduling interviews
Utilize recruiting tools such as typing and data entry assessments
Attend job fairs and careers events
Ensure all on-boarding documents and process is ran smoothly
Coordinating with team to ensure all staffing needs are met
Phone screen and occasionally virtually screen candidates
Human Resources onboarding
Requirements:
One year of recruiting experience
High school diploma
Great communication skills
Finishing projects in a timely manner
