YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
GROW REVENUE
- Lead Events sales strategy to increase booked business and average event value.
- Drive Distribution sales by strengthening relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and on-premise partners.
- Identify new revenue opportunities in key markets and channels.
- Ensure consistent pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies across sales functions.
STRENGTHEN THE BRAND
- Oversee all brand marketing, storytelling, and creative execution.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across digital, on-site, packaging, and partner touchpoints.
- Grow brand awareness in target markets through campaigns, partnerships, and public relations.
- Guide content strategy to support both customer engagement and sales ability.
LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, & ACCOUNTABILITY
- Provide clear direction, goal setting, coaching, and accountability across all teams.
- Build processes that bring alignment between Marketing, Events Sales, and Distribution Sales teams.
- Develop talent, establish performance expectations, and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Implement systems for tracking performance, reporting progress, and addressing gaps.
YOUR EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or Sales Management.
- 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in a combination of sales and marketing.
- 3 - 5 years in a leadership position, overseeing teams and driving strategy.
- Demonstrated success in: building and executing revenue-generating sales strategies; developing integrated marketing campaigns; managing a sales pipeline and forecasting revenue; leading cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience managing CRM platforms, coordinating with outside vendors, and managing budgets.
- Familiarity with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus.
