We are actively recruiting for a growing 3pl brokerage client seeking a Customer Sales Manager to lead their team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 5 Customer Sales representatives.
- Build, run, and execute sales plans, strategies, and performance indicators. Use data to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead contract negotiations and support customer bid packages and RFPs.
- Own the quarterly business review process to track progress against sales targets and revenue goals. Keep the Customer Sales team. activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics current in company platforms.
- Provide performance improvement and overall company efficiency suggestions regularly.
Requirements:
- 3 years of management experience
- 7 years of non-asset-based logistics Customer Sales and LTL Sales experience
- Experience building and executing a sales plan
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, TMS, and Power BI
- Flatbed and/or specialized freight experience, preferred
- Cross-border Mexico and Canada customs knowledge, preferred

Compensation Range: $90k - $110k Base Variable Comp
