Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Family Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) (preferred) to join our growing team in Bismarck, North Dakota. This role is ideal for a clinician who is excited about integrating advanced interventional treatments—such as medication infusions, Exomind TMS, and Spravato administration—with integrating traditional psychiatric care, including medication management and psychotherapy. Our goal is to expand into the psychedelic space upon FDA approval with such treatment options.
This is a part-time position with strong potential to expand into a full-time role as our practice continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing medication management for a diverse patient population
- Administer and oversee ketamine infusion therapy
- Deliver and monitor Exomind TMS treatments
- Facilitate Spravato (esketamine) administration in accordance with REMS protocols
- Provide supportive psychotherapy and/or integrate brief therapeutic interventions into sessions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active FNP or PMHNP license in the State of North Dakota with prescriptive authority
- Board certification as a FNP or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in psychiatric medication management required
- Training or willingness to be trained in ketamine therapy, TMS, and Spravato
- Strong interest in integrative and interventional psychiatry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IV placement
- Background in psychotherapy modalities (CBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
- Interest in holistic, integrative and interventional approaches to mental health
