Join our dynamic Mobile Crisis Response and CCS team in Region 5 to provide rapid behavioral health crisis services and short-term stabilization across Hampton Roads. This role is vital to the success of the Region 5 Crisis System Transformation and aligns with DBHDS, DMAS, and RBHA service guidelines.
Hampton Roads / Tidewater Area (Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk)
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate, face-to-face mobile crisis response in homes, communities, or emergency settings.
- Deliver CCS services to individuals post-crisis for stabilization and safety.
- Collaborate with Region 5 CSBs, hospitals, REACH programs, and CIT law enforcement.
- Ensure high-quality, timely documentation in line with Medicaid and DBHDS standards.
- Participate in rotating 24/7 availability (including nights/weekends).
- Assist in coordinating ongoing services or treatment referrals.
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia credentials: QMHP-A/C, LMHP, LMHP-R, LPC, or LCSW.
- Mobile Crisis Trained with an active MCR Certificate.
- Strong clinical assessment and de-escalation skills.
- Familiarity with crisis stabilization models and trauma-informed care.
- Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver’s license.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
