Joule is currently looking to hire "dosing facilitator" who will work at the ground level for a new psychedelic-focused site in Redding, CA.

- Site preparation
- Training and credentialing staff
- Feasibility studies
Hours will increase significantly as trials are awarded.
Additional responsibilities include facilitator training, scheduling, onboarding, and supporting post-session therapeutic integration. You will prepare participants for psilocybin dosing sessions and collaborate during dosing.
- Lead dosing sessions and ensure protocol compliance
- Oversee site readiness and staff training
- Collaborate with an Assistant Monitor for patient interaction and support
- Provide client-facing leadership during feasibility, site preparation, and trials
- Administer clinical assessments directly
- MD with psychiatry specialization and rater experience (e.g., MADRS, HAM-D)
- Minimum 5 years in practice; clinical research experience preferred
- Direct patient interaction experience required
- Psychedelic research experience ideal but not mandatory
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
