Job Title: Assistant Session Monitor
Location: Redding, California
Type: Ad-hoc Contract
Compensation: $40 - $70 hourly - flexible depending on years of experience
Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Travel: All expenses covered (including travel and hotels for overnight stays)
Support the Session Monitor / Lead Psychiatrist during psychedelic dosing sessions at Paradigm Clinical Research’s new site in Redding, CA. This role involves direct patient interaction and plays a critical part in maintaining participant safety and protocol compliance throughout the study.Responsibilities
- Assist with participant preparation and dosing session support
- Monitor participants during sessions and provide therapeutic assistance as needed
- Help maintain a calm, supportive environment during dosing and integration phases
- Participate in training and credentialing activities
- Ensure adherence to study protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
- Document observations and assist with data collection as required
- Licensed mental health professional (psychologist, social worker, psychiatrist, LMHC, LCP)
- OR Bachelor’s degree plus at least 1 year of psychotherapy experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with direct patient interaction in a clinical research setting
- Psychedelic experience preferred but not mandatory
