Job Responsibilities Perform a variety of support tasks to provide exceptional customer service.
Reach out to new leads generated by outbound call programs to present products and services.
Follow up on prospective and active clients, documenting in CRM (Salesforce).
Listen to customers’ concerns and provide detailed information about products and services.
Present customers with additional product/service offerings.
Determine effective methods to respond to client inquiries.
Escalate issues and troubleshoot common service/product concerns.
Participate in additional projects as assigned.
Maintain strong work ethic, punctuality, and adaptability in a changing environment.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Biology or related field strongly preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in inside sales, preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
1 years’ experience with a CRM.
Strong phone presence with high call activity.
Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Local to Jersey City, NJ. Must be in-office daily.
Must not have previously interviewed with the company.
