Job Title: Resident Sales Advisor
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Hours / Schedule: 9AM–5PM or 10AM–6PM (Monday–Friday), Onsite
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $70,000 annually commission (5% New Clients / 4% Recurring & Dormant Orders)
A great opportunity to work for a global leader in medical biotechnologies, specializing in cellular therapies and regenerative medicine. We are seeking a talented and competitive Resident Sales Associate who thrives in a medical device sales environment.
- 3–5 years of experience with an Inside Sales or Resident Sales team within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum 1 year of Salesforce experience or equivalent CRM platform.
- Scientific, clinical, or business background.
- Sales experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industries.
- Familiarity with medical device terminology and product discussions.
- Ability to complete a fast?paced training program that covers learning about exciting PRP and regenerative therapy products and how to communicate effectively with clients / prospects.
- Strong work ethic and genuine interest in the medical device industry.
- Strong phone presence and comfort with frequent daily calls.
- Excellent attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Punctual, hardworking, and adaptable in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to take direction from the management team.
- Perform a variety of tasks to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales.
- Complete a fast?paced training program covering:
- Company products including PRP, cell therapies, and related kits
- KPI expectations and sales targets
- Effective communications with clients and prospects
- Contact new leads generated through outbound calling programs to present company products.
- Follow up with prospective and active clients; document status and action plans in the CRM.
- Listen to customer concerns/complaints and provide detailed information about products and services.
- Present customers with additional information on new products and service offerings.
- Determine the quickest, most effective method for responding to client questions.
- Meet KPI expectations, including outbound call volume and sales goals.
- Troubleshoot common product or service issues.
- Escalate client queries and concerns when necessary.
- Take on additional projects as requested.
