This role supports Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) initiatives within oncology, focusing on thoracic and precision medicine assets. You will contribute to real-world evidence generation, economic modeling, and evidence synthesis to inform value strategy and market access decisions across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Plan, conduct, and manage HEOR and real-world data studies using claims databases, electronic medical records, and observational research methods
- Perform literature reviews and synthesize clinical and economic evidence to support strategic decision-making
- Support development of patient-reported outcomes strategies within clinical trials
- Assist in cost-effectiveness analyses and economic modeling activities
- Analyze and interpret data to support asset strategy across various development stages
- Develop clear, data-driven presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint
- Support project and vendor management activities, including budget tracking and coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align evidence generation with asset strategy
- Maintain and support internal tools, portals, and SharePoint sites for team operations
- Advanced degree in health services research, health policy, pharmacy, public health, epidemiology, health economics, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant post-graduate experience in HEOR, real-world evidence, or related research
- Experience working with healthcare data sources such as claims or electronic medical records
- Familiarity with observational research methods and evidence synthesis
- Exposure to economic modeling or cost-effectiveness analysis preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
