Summary: The main function of a Research Associate is to support the execution of health outcomes research studies that evaluate the value of healthcare interventions. This role involves managing study activities, analysing data, and contributing to the development of scientific communications and strategic planning.
Job Responsibilities: Support the design and execution of research studies, including database analysis, literature reviews, and modelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of outcomes research with medical and marketing strategies. Assist in the development of abstracts, posters, presentations, and publications. Coordinate activities such as advisory panels and best practice sharing with programme stakeholders.Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, including familiarity with health economics and outcomes research methods. Ability to interpret and summarise scientific data clearly and accurately. Proficiency in preparing scientific communications and presentation materials. Effective collaboration and project coordination skills.
Education/Experience: Degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field. 5-7 years experience required.
