Quality Associate

Job Title:  Quality Associate 
Location: Princeton, NJ
Type: 6 Month Contract
Hours: 20 hours per week- ideally worked Tuesday - Thursday, but flexible on times
Pay: $22-25/hr

Position Summary

The Quality Associate is responsible for supporting quality operations by receiving and inspecting samples, conducting routine visual inspections, and maintaining accurate tracking and documentation using Microsoft Office tools. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to stay organized, and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive and log samples from various sites in a timely and organized manner
• Perform weekly visual inspections of packaging to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct detailed tracking and documentation using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other MS Suite tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate any defects, issues, or trends to the Quality team
• Follow established SOPs and quality protocols
• Support additional quality-related tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
• Highly organized with strong recordkeeping abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned workload
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
