Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Surgery Product Usage & Billing Specialist

Location: Hybrid– Must reside within driving distance of Englewood, NJ (07631)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Overview:

We are hiring a Surgery Product Usage & Billing Specialist to support accurate order entry, billing, and case reconciliation for surgical products. In this role, you’ll collaborate with hospitals, sales reps, and internal teams to ensure all product usage and billing data is validated, replenished, and processed efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in healthcare operations, billing, or sales support who thrives on precision and follow-through.

Responsibilities:

  Enter and manage POs across platforms (e.g., Bill Only, Ship and Bill, GHX, EDI); ensure data accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.

  Validate incoming surgery product usage cases; resolve inconsistencies with hospital and sales teams.

  Collect and clarify purchase order information from hospitals to ensure complete and timely billing.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Replenish surgery product inventory; confirm accuracy of lot codes and shipping details.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Support sales reps with product usage data, pricing issues, and entry into RepSuite/WebOps.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Provide answers to sales and customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order status; escalate complex requests as needed.

  
  
  
  
  

  Qualifications:

  
  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    Experience in billing, data entry, or surgical product logistics (healthcare or med device industry preferred)

    Familiarity with GHX, RepSuite/WebOps, or similar data entry/EDI platforms

    
    
    
  • 
    

    High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and follow-ups

    Strong communication skills for working with hospitals, sales teams, and internal departments

    
    
    
  • Must live within driving distance to Englewood, NJ (07631); occasional office visits required
