Job Title: Fragrance Laboratory Technician
Location: Somerset, NJ
Hours / Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, onsite
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities
- Supports perfumers with fragrance compounding
- Conducts tests to ensure fragrances meet quality standards.
- Prepare fragrance samples in appropriate product bases according to brief specifications.
- Evaluate and document product performance after fragrance integration.
- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date lab notebooks and digital records in line with internal protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
- 1–2 years of laboratory experience compounding fragrances
- Raw material knowledge (fragrance)
