In this role, you will create product Enterprise Change Notices (ECNs) in our client's Quality Management System for PEC Projects to support various PEC regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create complex changes within the Quality Management System to ensure data, documents, content, and information submitted in the change is accurate and compliant.
- Collaborates with the necessary stakeholders as needed to build, complete and monitor the Implementation Plan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across several business functions providing excellent customer service.
- May act as the Change Owner as needed.
- Actively initiate and support supplier communication for related projects requirements.
- Maintain and update divisional project tracking reports.
- General program support including but not limited to supporting Supplier Engagement, Data compilation, analysis, and review within Instruments systems for the Projects
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 1-4 years of experience as a Change Control Specialist or Change Management Engineer.
- Experience in the Medical Device Industry highly preferred
- Experience working in the Product Environmental Compliance field.
- Windchill/onePLM experience or other PLM system.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau required
- The ability to understand the products and processes involved in a change.
- Must possess strong communication, project management and influencing skills as well as successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
