ABOUT YOU:
We are currently looking for an experienced Production Control Supervisor to join our business. The Production Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing production planning, scheduling, and material flow to ensure efficient operations. This role serves as a key link between production teams, supply chain, and leadership, driving process improvements and ensuring timely product delivery while maintaining quality and cost control.

The Production Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing production planning, scheduling, and material flow to ensure efficient operations. This role serves as a key link between production teams, supply chain, and leadership, driving process improvements and ensuring timely product delivery while maintaining quality and cost control.
YOU HAVE:
- Education. Bachelor’s degree in business, Manufacturing and/or related field, and/or equivalent experience.
- Experience. 5 years of Production Control Or Scheduling Experience.
- Management. Proven leadership experience and working with cross functional teams.
- Technical Skills. Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook/Teams, in particular, Excel Spreadsheets, to effectively track production information and workflows.
- Strategy & Critical Thinking. Ability to initiate change through problem-solving, decision-making, planning/organizing, and utilization/development of employees.
- Adaptability. Capable of adjusting to changing environments and stay focused on goals with positivity and enthusiasm.
- Great Communication Skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Cross
