THE CLIENT
Our client is an independent financial advisory firm with offices in London, Paris, and New York. With over two decades of experience, the firm specializes in providing expert advice and execution within the financial services sector. Known for its boutique structure and collaborative culture, the firm values proactive, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic environments.
THE ROLE
This is an Executive Assistant role supporting a Senior Managing Director in the New York office. The EA will work closely with the Office Manager and be embedded in a small, hands-on team. The position requires flexibility, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Calendar management, travel coordination (domestic and international), and expense processing.
- Meeting preparation and support, including room setup and hosting.
- Liaising with the London office and supporting visiting team members.
- Occasional weekend or emergency support.
- Partnering with the Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations and team support.
- Supporting broader team needs as required.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is energetic, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, boutique environment. They should be comfortable working closely with senior leadership and embedded within a tight-knit team.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Experience in Private Equity or Alternative Investment
- Strong attention to detail and a “24/7” mentality.
- Comfortable coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $100k with discretionary Bonus
- Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Generous 401(k) match
- PTO: 20 days local bank holidays
- Schedule: 5 days in office, 9am–6pm with flexibility
