- Maintain assigned equipment and climbing gear to company standards
- Follow comprehensive safety protocols and ANSI standards
- Identify and communicate upselling opportunities to crew leader
- Work minimum 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities
- Understand and operate aerial lift equipment as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years professional tree climbing experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Commitment to safety and following established protocols
- Physical ability to perform demanding climbing work
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to train others
