Joshua Tree Experts is expanding. We aren’t looking for an "order-taker" or a casual representative; we are looking for a high-caliber Outside Sales Professional to take total ownership of our Birmingham territory.

We sell premium, high-value tree and plant health care services to a discerning clientele that prioritizes quality, expertise, and property value over the lowest bid. If you are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and wants to build a lucrative career in a recession-proof industry, this is your seat at the table.

You don’t need to be a "tree person" on Day 1. If you bring the sales drive, the closing ability, and a consultative mindset, we will teach you the arboriculture. We are looking for a professional who can navigate high-end neighborhoods, build meaningful relationships, and drive aggressive territory growth.

• Status: Full-Time, Year-Round Career
• Compensation: Competitive Base Uncapped Commission (High-Earning Potential)
• Territory: Birmingham, AL (High-end residential & commercial)

• Consultative Closing: Prospect, educate, and close high-ticket service contracts with homeowners who demand premium execution.
• Relentless Territory Management: Own your market. Actively hunt for new business through direct prospecting, networking, and generating referrals in premier neighborhoods.
• Estimating & Proposals: Conduct on-site property inspections, calculate accurate job costs, and deliver professional, winning proposals.
• Lifecycle Account Management: Ensure 100% client satisfaction by following up post-production and securing long-term, recurring Plant Health Care (PHC) contracts.
• Operational Handoffs: Partner seamlessly with our production crews to ensure the job you sold is executed to perfection.

• Proven Sales Track Record: 2 years of verified success in B2C, outside sales, or account management. You know how to build a pipeline and handle objections.
• The "Premium" Communicator: You are polished, persuasive, and comfortable navigating high-value contracts face-to-face.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You want to build a market from the ground up. You thrive with autonomy and take extreme ownership of your results.
• Tech-Savvy & Organized: Ability to manage a CRM and prioritize follow-ups with minimal supervision.
• Outdoor Drive: A genuine interest in the green industry and a willingness to become an expert in tree identification and disease management.
