- Lead and perform all residential tree & shrub care operations
- Train and mentor team members, building our skilled workforce
- Safely operate lifts, loaders, chippers, and all tree care equipment
- Act as support climber and lead crew operations from ground and aerial positions
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and job site safety standards
- Maintain equipment and adhere to company safety protocols
- Build client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and represent JTE's premium brand
- Identify upselling opportunities and earn commission on additional services sold
- 5 years tree care experience including climbing, pruning, and removals
- Leadership experience or strong desire to develop management skills
- Harness and rigging expertise to support climbing operations
- Deep knowledge of tree species, diseases, and proper care techniques
- Proficiency with all tree care equipment (chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, lifts)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- ISA Certification preferred but not required - we'll support your certification
