Your Mission: Lead the Crew to Success
As a Crew Leader, you're the on-site expert and leader for a 2-4 person team. You're responsible for the entire job, from start to finish.
- Be the Leader: Act as the lead climber and mentor, delegating work and ensuring clear communication.
- Safety First: Uphold our safety culture by ensuring the crew follows ANSI standards for Tree Care Operations and correctly uses all equipment.
- Master of Your Craft: Lead and perform residential/commercial tree removals, pruning, and preservation.
- Client Relations: Represent Joshua Tree Experts with professionalism, communicating effectively with clients and the public on every job.
- Equipment Expert: Safely operate aerial lifts, loaders, saws, and maintain all assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of tree climbing experience with a strong understanding of tree species, diseases, and care.
- Skills: A valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and the physical ability to climb daily.
- Bonus Points: An ISA Certification and experience with aerial lifts are a big plus.
