- Collaborating with the Project Superintendent and other trades to manage assigned electrical scopes.
- Overseeing labor, materials, and production activities to keep projects on schedule.
- Supervising, mentoring, and motivating electrical team members.
- Ensuring all work meets quality standards, project requirements, and safety expectations.
- Promoting a strong safety culture and enforcing job site safety practices.
- Using technology, including company-provided tablets and smartphones, to improve communication, documentation, and project execution.
- Resolving field challenges while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
