Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic professional interested in helping our established insurance agency maintain current customer relationships and assisting new customers with quoting and setting up accounts.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers about insurance options available to meet their needs.
- Set up new customer accounts and provide timely quotes.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Able to learn computer functions and data entry
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer and their needs
- Able to obtain insurance licensing (cost of exams and training provided)
