Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining client records
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management
- Enter orders and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Provide general clerical support to the CPA office staff
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
