What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day pool service and plumbing operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field efficiently
- Assist with pool installations and system setups
- Train and guide crew members to maintain high standards
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and with quality workmanship
- Communicate with management professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in pool service, plumbing, or related field
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience (foreman or crew lead preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
