Position: General Manager - Tree Service
Pay: $65,000 - $80,000/yearly
Operations & Crew Management
- Oversee daily field operations including tree removals, trimming, stump grinding, and emergency storm work
- Manage and dispatch crews for maximum efficiency and profitability
- Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards
- Hire, train, and develop crew leaders and field technicians
- Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and industry best practices
- Maintain equipment utilization schedules and coordinate maintenance
Requirements:
- Previous Foreman experience in tree services or similar field (tree, landscaping, pools, construction, etc)
- Within the Buffalo Niagara Region or willing to relocate
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Valid License and Clean Driving Record
- CDL (preferred)
- Background check in accordance with local and state regulation
