Pipe Layer Responsibilities
- Install storm, sewer, and water utility pipe
- Read and follow grade stakes and elevations
- Set pipe, fittings, manholes, and structures
- Work alongside heavy equipment operators
- Maintain safe trenching and excavation practices
- Ensure quality workmanship and proper installation
Qualifications
- Experience laying underground utilities preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools
- Knowledge of trench safety is a plus
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license preferred
Construction Laborer Responsibilities
- Assist pipe crews and equipment operators
- Load and unload materials
- Perform grading, cleanup, and general site preparation
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Help maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Construction experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
