Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and sharing your knowledge about coffee.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and surrounding areas.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
Skills
- Strong passion for coffee and eagerness to learn more about different types of beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
