The Stand Manager assumes full responsibility for their location’s profitable operation and the preservation of 7 Brew’s culture, mission statement, and values. The manager is the leader of their crew and maintains deep connections with them and the unique nuances of business at their assigned location.

Qualifications:

• Energetic personality with at least 2 years of management experience. Preferred experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to build and develop a strong team while staying positive and creating a fun environment for the team and guests
• Knowledge of P&L and ability to control costs and labor.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining proficiency in every position, task, and skillset in the stand
• Training new hires and new shift leads/managers
• Ensuring the crew is aware of and prepared for health inspections
• Balancing additional management duties appropriately between themselves and their assistant manager (i.e., inventory, ordering, and scheduling)
