Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities and experience in sales or call center operations are highly valued to enhance client interactions and service delivery.

Duties

  • Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing professional customer support and client services
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on policy updates or solicit new business opportunities
  • Perform data entry accurately into insurance management systems and maintain detailed client records
  • Handle cash transactions when necessary with proper cash handling procedures
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all client interactions
  • Analyze client needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions and cross-sell products where appropriate
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support sales initiatives

Skills

  • Multilingual or Bilingual proficiency (English required; additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in sales, outbound calling, or call center environments preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately with typing skills
  • Knowledge of customer support best practices and call center etiquette
  • Analysis skills for assessing client needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Experience with cash handling procedures is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities

Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
