Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Duties
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing professional customer support and client services
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on policy updates or solicit new business opportunities
- Perform data entry accurately into insurance management systems and maintain detailed client records
- Handle cash transactions when necessary with proper cash handling procedures
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all client interactions
- Analyze client needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions and cross-sell products where appropriate
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support sales initiatives
Skills
- Multilingual or Bilingual proficiency (English required; additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Experience in sales, outbound calling, or call center environments preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately with typing skills
