Role Overview
As a Financial Sales Representative, you’ll work remotely with individuals already interested in financial solutions. Your responsibility is simple: convert opportunity into results.
What You’ll Do
- Take control of pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
- Run effective, outcome-driven conversations
- Identify real client needs and position solutions accordingly
- Present life insurance, IULs, and annuity products with confidence
- Own the client relationship from first contact to long-term retention
- Maintain discipline with CRM tracking and follow-ups
