CDL-A Driver - No Experience Needed - Home Weekly
We're hiring CDL-A drivers - no experience required - for a dedicated Northeast regional dry van account based out of Reading, PA. This account runs throughout New England and as far south as Virginia, with weekly home time and a dedicated planner focused on keeping you moving and maximizing your miles.

Pay
- Mileage Pay: $0.80/mile to start increasing up to $0.85/mile
- Trainee Pay: $650/week
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,700-$1,900
- Average Annual Pay: $88,400-$99,000
- Weekly Miles: 2,000
- Stop Pay: $15.00
- Unload Pay: $80.00
- Driver Performance Bonus
- 3-month pay guarantee after first solo dispatch
Home Time
- Home once a week
- Home weekly
- Both day and night shifts
- Weekend availability required

The Route
- Runs throughout the Northeast, including all of New England and as far south as Virginia
- Not a single-customer account - you'll serve multiple customers throughout the region
- Dedicated planner assigns routes to maximize your production and mileage
- Staying out one weekend allows for maximum miles and production
- Irregular route lanes - no dedicated lane or shipper to expect
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- Recent CDL grads Needed - trainee positions available
- Experienced drivers also welcome
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Safe driving record
